Registration & Payment

Booth Registration opens June 24, 2024
Closes January 31, 2025 11:59PM


Booth Rates:

Discounted Early Bird Rate (Purchased before October 31, 2024 11:59pm)
1 – 10’ x 10‘ Booth $1,150/booth + GST.

Standard Rate (Purchased November 1, 2024 to closing date)
1 – 10’ x 10’ Booth $1,250/booth + GST


Exhibitor Approval:

Each booth registration will be reviewed by CCTCA to ensure the product and services offered support education, teacher wellness and curriculum. If exhibitor products and services do not align with these standards, CCTCA has the right to decline an exhibitor registration and will refund monies paid.


Payment:

A credit card payment is required to confirm the transaction and reserve selected booth(s). 


Cancellation Policy:

  • CCTCA reserves the right to cancel any exhibit booth registration at any time and will refund exhibitor monies paid.
  • Booths cancelled by the exhibitor after September 1st, will receive a refund less a $75.00 cancellation fee.
  • Booths cancelled by the exhibitor after December 31st, are nonrefundable.


Professionalism and Exhibitors:

Exhibitor’s products and services must be in alignment with teaching, teacher wellness and related materials that support education. Exhibitors must conduct themselves in a professional manner in keeping with ATA Professional Conduct.


Exclusivity:

Calgary City Teachers’ Convention Association does NOT have an exhibitor exclusivity clause. There may be one or more exhibitors with same or similar products or services with the exception of products and services mandated by ATA policy*. If your company policy states the need for exclusivity at a convention or trade show, this is not supported at the Calgary City Teachers’ Convention.

*ATA convention policy does support exclusivity for insurance and financial planning organizations and does reserve the right to designate those providers.
