Exhibitor Booth Staff Form

In accordance with fire regulations on show days, a maximum of four (4) “Exhibitor” badges will be issued per exhibitor. These badges allow access during move-in and early access from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. each show day.

Please note:

• Only individuals listed on the form or wearing an exhibitor badge will be permitted into the hall during early access.
• Additional badges will not be issued on-site.
• If your booth has rotating staff, badges should remain in the booth and be shared as needed.
• It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to ensure staff have their badge for access.
