CCTC 2027 Exhibitor registration now open

The Calgary City Teachers’ Convention Association (CCTCA) hosts an annual convention and trade show in February.

The trade show welcomes over 10,000 teachers and offers a variety of CCTCA approved exhibitors and association affiliates to showcase products and services that engage teachers’ ongoing learning and enhance their professional skills.

The tradeshow is held at the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre

Booth Rates:

Early Bird Rate for Standard Booth (purchased before October 31, 2026 11:59pm)
1 – 10’ x 10‘ or 1 – 10’ x 8’ Booth $1,200/booth + GST

Booth Amenities:

1 – 10’ x 10’ or 1- 10’ x 8’ Booth includes:

  • Black 8’ high draped backwall and 3’ high draped sidewalls
  • Two (2) 6’ black dressed tables with white vinyl top. Tables skirted on all 3 sides (with notice, other table configurations are available)
  • 2 padded chairs
  • Grey Booth carpet
  • Material handling which includes:
    • Acceptance and storage of shipped materials up to 3 business days prior to move-in
    • Delivery of materials from loading dock to booth
    • Removal, storage and return of empty containers
    • Delivery of materials from booth to loading dock for move-out
  • 2 – Wireless internet connections
  • 1 – 110v, 15-amp electrical outlet
  • 1 – Basic booth id sign with company name
  • 2 – Exhibitor badges to access the Exhibition Hall. Exhibitor badges do not permit access to keynotes, social events, sessions, workshops or other ticketed activities.

Exhibitor Move-in Wednesday, February 10, 2027 9:00am – 7:00pm
Trade Show Day 1 Thursday, February 11, 2027 8:00am – 3:30pm
Trade Show Day 2 Friday, February 12, 2027 8:00am – 3:00pm
Exhibitor Move-out Friday, February 12, 2027 3:00pm – 7:00pm

The CCTCA appreciates your interest in exhibiting at CCTC. Unfortunately, not all exhibitors will qualify to participate. Booth purchases are reviewed by CCTCA to ensure the product and services offered support education, teacher wellness and curriculum. If exhibitor products and services do not align with association standards the CCTCA has the right to decline an exhibitor and will refund the purchase. The final decision on participating exhibitors is at the sole discretion of the CCTCA.
