Exhibitor Registration Now Open

TERMS & CONDITIONS

You (the “exhibitor”) accept full responsibility and acknowledge the following:

  1. Calgary City Teachers’ Convention Association (CCTCA) retains the right to select and approve all exhibitor booths.
  2. CCTCA reserves the right to cancel any exhibit booth registration at any time and will refund exhibitor.
  3. You (the “exhibitor”) will maintain professionalism at all times in accordance with ATA professional conduct.
  4. You (the “exhibitor”) will adhere to venue (TELUS Convention Centre and their suppliers) rules and regulations.
  5. All information collected will be retained in a confidential manner and will not be sold for profit, or shared outside of my (the “exhibitor’s”) organization.
  6. Booths cancelled by the exhibitor after August 31, 2026 will receive a refund less a $150.00 cancellation fee.
  7. Booths cancelled by the exhibitor after November 30, 2026 are nonrefundable.
