What, Where and When of volunteering:

  • MacLeod Hall Keynote Speakers: onboarding, tidying the room post session and supporting convention attendees to find their seating
  • Telus Convention Center support: Glen Rooms; Macleod Break-Out Rooms, TELUS Rooms and Ideation Rooms, directing attendees
  • Transportation onboarding. Transportation support will vary with routes
  • Shifts, all CBE and CCSD teachers can volunteer for a maximum of TWO shifts
    • Thursday 8:00-12:00PM; 11:30AM-3:30PM
    • Friday 8:00-12:00PM; 11:30AM-3:30PM
  • Volunteer Orientation Sessions, successful applicants must attend ONE session
    • Thursday, January 30th, 7:00-7:30 PM, via Microsoft Teams, or
    • Tuesday, February 4th, 7:00-7:30 PM, via Microsoft Teams
